PART P ELECTRICAL SAFETY
A regulation introduced in 2005
Part P building regulations applies to electrical installations attached to buildings compromising of a house, flat, business premises, communal area, kitchens, bathrooms, outside power, outbuildings, garages & similar locations.
Reasonable provision shall be made in the design & installation of electrical installations in order to protect persons operating, maintaining or altering the installation from fire or injury.
Electrical Initiative Ltd are Part P approved, qualified & experienced in electrical safety in your property, complying with the latest building & wiring regulations.
HOURLY LABOUR CHARGE
1st Hour 2nd Hour Onwards Full Day
£ 75 £ 50 £ 300
*One hour minimum, then charged every half hour.
*A fixed price can be applied per job.
